Sika deer are found throughout the central North
Island of New Zealand in the Kaimanawa Kaweka Ranges in
good numbers, However they are otinously hard to hunt for
the the average hunter or those new to this exciting and
very vocal animal. Trophy potential is world class with
traditional head being 8 points or better. Neil has personally
shot 50+ 8 pointers and guide over 70 client to trophy class
8 points or better. Excellent private blocks are available
with top trophy potential. Stags have antler from Feb through
to October.
Red
deer are New Zealands most common deer, good numbers to
be found in all our blocks. Trophy potential is good and
some of those big head of old are still out the. We have
an excellent free range Red block with good number of animals.
Pigs and Goats also abound on some of our blocks, with Trout
& Eels in the rivers Antlers from Feb to September.
Rusa
deer a New Zealand free range trophy is easily the hardest
to attain. If you want a real challange and a great jet
boat ride up one of NZ finsh rivers with bush to the waters
edge to some of New Zealands remotest wild places then this
is the hunts for you. Also Red deer and pig in good numbers
plus Trout in the river. Best from July to December.
Fallow
deer numbers are high on our blocks with good trophies available.
